The Northway Group is a student ran advertising agency based out of the St. Cloud  Technical and Community college in Minnesota. Through The Northway Group, I was able to get real-life experience for a year while I was attending school. We worked with real clients who need real advertising solutions. Throughout the year, we took on more than 15 clients and were able to successfully meet all there needs with just running an hour a day for five days a week.

My first semester in Northway I started out solely as a graphic designer and worked on every client that came in. The work ranged from logos to vehicle wrap designs to even web designs. 

Luckily I was given the opportunity to be a CEO the following semester which included more responsibility. I was elected along with 3 other classmates to run the agency. Our job was to make sure we were getting clients. students were doing the work, educating and meeting with students or clients, and surpassing expectation along with solving any issues that came up.
